We’re Jeroen and Bowie Derwort. Together, we’re Seven Mages: an independent game studio based in Zoetermeer, the Netherlands.
We create memorable, intuitive and accessible games. From old-school role-playing adventures to cheerful platformers, we follow the fun — wherever it takes us.
Our story started with Avalon in 1998. It took us to Online Soccer Manager and millions of players around the world. After Gamebasics joined Miniclip in 2020, we reunited as Seven Mages to make the games we love.
We grew up with the MSX. Its limitations taught us to be inventive. That spirit still shapes every world, character and line of code.
